Leighmans is a workwear and handover gifts supplier based in the North West of England. Since inception, our mission has been to help automotive businesses harness their full potential through presentable, practical work uniforms. We’ve managed to achieve this by first acknowledging that each team needs something different, and then by providing those teams with superior workwear at superb prices.

About Darren, Our Founder

Meet Darren, happily married to the beautiful Victoria and proud father of the wonderful Katie, Natasha, and Rafi. After retiring from instructing martial arts, he took up cooking and shares his passion for all things culinary with his young family. He also enjoys the occasional game of poker, about which you can learn more below.

During the pandemic, Darren made a point of building new relationships wherever possible. This led to his place among a professional business group that firmly believes in giving something back to other companies across Greater Manchester. A real people-person, Darren gets genuine pleasure from building relationships, donating time and money to charities, and seeing businesses flourish — especially when it benefits the local community.

At Leighman, we’re really keen to do our bit for charity, especially the incredible Speed of Sight. Created by our friend Mike Newman, this wonderful organisation helps visually (and physically) impaired people to realise their dreams of racing along a track at high speed. They’ve delighted hundreds of people so far — and we’re determined to help them to delight many more.
